Blue Star establishes venture partnerships with select equity investors. Each partnership owns the asset and Blue Star manages the ventures and hotels for a negotiated and competitive fee. Since 1995, Blue Star Hospitality team lead under the leadership of Satis D. Patel have completed the acquisition and development of 26+ hotels and other retail and real estate developments.
